Spencer is joined by guest host Laremy of Film.com for an in depth discuss of Inception, with the first half being an overview that is spoiler free and the second half where they gets down to the details that include spoilers, and finally the episode closes with its own twist – the anti-dvd picks of week.

For his DVD to avoid this week, Laremy selected the misstep by Kevin Smith, Cop Out (DVD/Blu-ray). Continuing on the sentiment, Spencer strongly suggested avoiding the terrible comic adaption, The Losers (DVD/Blu-ray).

Have to say I disagree with your assertion that nothing good came out on DVD this week. The third wave of Roger Corman's Cult Classics discs from Shout! Factory came out on the 20th. They were DVD and Blu-ray releases of Galaxy of Terror and Forbidden World, neither of which had come out on disc before and include hours of bonus features including commentaries, documentaries, and a director's cut of Forbidden World. These low budget Alien rip-offs feature great actors (including Robert Englund and Sid Haig), good monster and visual effects (which James Cameron had a hand in), and some of the weirdest scenes you'll ever see (including rape by giant maggot). So while you're out avoiding the anti-DVD picks from the episode, check out these sci-fi/horror gems from Shout! Factory, the best DVD company not named Criterion.

I can’t wait for the Inception DVD to come out next month.

I love Inception in so many ways I can’t explain… for starters I think Christopher Nolan is a true visionary in the art of story telling and I believe he has outdone his predecessor
“Dark Night” movie.

The script is intelligent and gripping keeping you all the way through on the edge of your seat.

The music is so beautifully made my my favourite composer in the world Hans Zimmer, and the score “Time” is my all time favourite.

The whole cast played their part in the film brilliantly, and I am still buzzing from the three times I went to see it…!
